Syarat & Ketentuan Layanan Premium

Dengan melakukan pembelian, kamu dianggap telah membaca, memahami, dan menyetujui seluruh ketentuan berikut tanpa pengecualian.

1. Hakikat Layanan

Seluruh hasil layanan premium telah melalui proses testing sebelum diberikan, sehingga dirancang untuk berjalan dengan baik tanpa error selama digunakan sesuai instruksi.

Layanan yang diberikan merupakan jasa berbasis waktu, tenaga, dan keahlian, bukan produk massal atau sekadar file.

2. Cakupan & Batasan Layanan

Setiap paket memiliki fitur dan batasan yang telah ditentukan, dan layanan yang diberikan bersifat hasil jadi (pre-defined service), bukan open service atau jasa bebas request.

Segala permintaan di luar deskripsi paket, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada:

  • Status 100%
  • Kustomisasi khusus
  • Revisi tambahan
  • Permintaan di luar kesepakatan awal

akan otomatis dikategorikan sebagai Custom Order dan dikenakan biaya tambahan.

Layanan tidak mencakup perubahan bebas di luar scope yang telah ditentukan.
Ketidaktahuan atau tidak membaca deskripsi bukan alasan yang dapat diterima untuk komplain.

3. Pembayaran & Kebijakan Refund

  • Semua pembayaran bersifat FINAL, MENGIKAT, dan TIDAK DAPAT DIKEMBALIKAN
  • Tidak ada refund dalam kondisi apa pun setelah:
    • pengerjaan dimulai, atau
    • hasil telah dikirimkan

Dengan melakukan pembayaran, kamu menyatakan persetujuan penuh terhadap seluruh ketentuan ini.

4. Tanggung Jawab Pengguna

Pengguna bertanggung jawab penuh untuk:

  • Membaca dan memahami deskripsi layanan
  • Memastikan layanan sesuai dengan kebutuhan
  • Menggunakan hasil sesuai instruksi

Selama digunakan sesuai instruksi, hasil dirancang untuk berjalan dengan baik.
Kesalahan penggunaan, miskomunikasi, atau ekspektasi yang tidak sesuai bukan tanggung jawab penyedia layanan.

5. Hak Penolakan Layanan

Penyedia layanan memiliki hak penuh untuk:

  • Menolak pesanan tanpa kewajiban memberikan alasan
  • Menghentikan pengerjaan kapan saja
  • Mengabaikan permintaan yang tidak wajar

jika dianggap:

  • di luar cakupan layanan
  • berlebihan atau menyalahgunakan layanan
  • atau berpotensi merugikan

Semua keputusan bersifat final dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat, serta tidak menjadi dasar refund.

6. Penggunaan & Distribusi

Layanan ini hanya untuk penggunaan pribadi.

Dilarang keras untuk:

  • Membagikan ulang
  • Menjual kembali
  • Mengklaim sebagai milik pribadi

tanpa izin tertulis.

Pelanggaran akan mengakibatkan:

  • Blacklist permanen
  • Penolakan layanan di masa depan

7. Batas Dukungan

Dukungan teknis diberikan secara wajar dan hanya untuk memastikan hasil dapat digunakan sesuai fungsinya.

Perlu dipahami bahwa layanan ini bukan open service, sehingga:

  • Tidak mencakup revisi bebas
  • Tidak mencakup permintaan tambahan di luar paket
  • Tidak mencakup perubahan berulang tanpa kesepakatan

Permintaan di luar cakupan akan dianggap sebagai layanan baru atau Custom Order.

8. Perubahan Ketentuan

Ketentuan ini dapat diperbarui atau diubah sewaktu-waktu tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu.
Pengguna disarankan untuk meninjau ulang secara berkala.

Premium Terms of Service

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms below without exception.

1. Nature of Service

All premium deliverables are tested prior to delivery and are designed to function properly without errors when used according to the provided instructions.

This is a service-based offering involving time, effort, and expertise — not a mass-produced product.

2. Scope & Limitations

Each package has predefined features and limitations, and the service provided is a pre-defined / ready service, not an open or fully customizable service.

Any request beyond the defined scope, including but not limited to:

  • 100% completion
  • Custom modifications
  • Additional revisions
  • Out-of-scope requests

will be treated as a Custom Order with additional fees.

This service does not include unlimited or free modifications beyond the agreed scope.
Failure to read the description is not a valid reason for complaint.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All payments are FINAL, BINDING, and NON-REFUNDABLE
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once:
    • work has started, or
    • deliverables have been sent

By proceeding with payment, you fully agree to all stated terms.

4. User Responsibility

The user is fully responsible for:

  • Reading and understanding the service details
  • Ensuring compatibility with their needs
  • Proper usage according to instructions

When used correctly, the deliverables are designed to function without issues.
Misuse, misunderstanding, or unmet expectations are not the responsibility of the service provider.

5. Right to Refuse Service

The service provider reserves the absolute right to:

  • Refuse any order without explanation
  • Terminate ongoing work at any time
  • Decline or ignore unreasonable requests

if deemed:

  • outside the agreed scope
  • excessive or abusive
  • or potentially harmful

All decisions are final and not subject to dispute or refund.

6. Usage & Distribution

This service is strictly for personal use only.

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Redistributing
  • Reselling
  • Claiming the work as your own

without explicit written permission.

Violations may result in:

  • Permanent blacklist
  • Refusal of any future service

7. Support Limitations

Technical support is provided within reasonable limits to ensure the deliverables function properly.

This is not an open service, therefore:

  • Unlimited revisions are not included
  • Additional requests outside the package are not included
  • Repeated changes without agreement are not supported

Any out-of-scope request will be treated as a new service or Custom Order.

8. Terms Modification

The service provider reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Users are responsible for reviewing the latest version.
